Entry workshop · €1,200
What should we stop paying for in data?
A working session on the data spend you cannot explain. We go through your numbers together and sort what to keep, fix or stop.
What you leave with
- A clear name for what is actually costing you.
- One number you can defend in front of the board.
- A first list of what to stop, with the reason next to each item.
In one real engagement, a company spending €930,000 a year on data found that €611,000 of it could be stopped. It took three weeks to measure.
How it works
- A 30-minute call to agree the scope and who joins.
- The working session, on your numbers.
- You get an invoice for €1,200. If it was not useful, you get a full refund.
If you go on to the Data Capital Audit, the fee is credited toward it.

Team retro
A free team session where everyone answers the same questions, then one view of where the team's capacity goes. If it is useful, a facilitated quarter follows.

Is your data ready to be an asset?
A short diagnostic and a conversation about what your data costs against what it returns. I am shaping this one now, so tell me if it would help you.

What does the workshop cost?
A fixed fee of €1,200. You are invoiced after the session, not before.
What if it is not useful?
You get a full refund. If you go on to the Data Capital Audit, the fee is credited toward it.
Who should be in the room?
You, and ideally your CFO or the person who owns the data budget. A data lead can join if you want one. We agree who comes on a short call first.
How is this different from the audit?
The workshop gives you a first, defensible answer on one question: what could we stop paying for? The audit is the fuller piece of work that follows if the answer is worth acting on.
